RYA YOUTH SAILING SCHEME - 2008

Forms Required to secure a place on courses: 1) Registration 2) Medical Consent

Monday 1 July – 4 days (Open to Beginners, also stage l  Sailors who need to consolidate from last year if little or no sailing occurred after the course)

 Monday 7 July – 5 Days (Open to confident & practiced Stage 1 & Stage 2 Sailors )– This course will expect the sailors to have already logged some time this season.  Be able to rig a dinghy, launch, sail on a close reach, go about and return to shore without assistance.

 Monday 4 August – 5 days (Open to  experienced Stage 2+ and Stage 3 working on consolidating experience ). 

Completed Registration forms must be accompanied with a full fee of £100. (4 day course £80) Only refundable if the Courses are over subscribed. Consent Form with Medical info to be completed.

Stage 4 - Weekend in  May - Candidates will be invited to attend

RYA ADVANCED RACING

 End of July or first week in August (TBC)- 5 days - Candidates will be invited by Principal

RYA START RACING

Begins Saturday 12 April - Candidates have been invited to attend a briefing on Friday 4 April. Sessions will be over 9 Weeks ( every Saturday ) 9.30 -12.30.
